Kids Camp Program Director
General Description
Parkview Kids Camp Staff Director helps execute the vision to create a fun, safe, and relational space for kids to learn to love God and love others. The program director will do this by helping plan camps and provide quality control to ensure the best possible experience for kids.
Essential Job Functions
- Create activities for every camp and help staff have ownership over planning and execution
- Supervise, mentor, and equip camp leaders
- Support staff with camper discipline issues
- Address parent issues as needed
- Provide supervision and guidance to Associate Director
- Work alongside Associate director to place staff in camps and make sure operations are running effectively
- Lead staff devotions as needed
- Teach in large groups weekly
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Degree in ministry or related field preferred
- 2-4 years Experience working with kids in a ministry/camp setting or related field
- Available for Staff Training and camp weeks
- Available to help prepare for camp approximately 5-10 hours/month March, April, and May
Position Structure
Reports to: Family Pastor
Category: Full-Time, Hourly, Seasonal Staff
Dates: June 1-July 18, 2025 as well as occasional hours in March-May
Salary : $25 - $30
