Job Description - The Information Services Intern will support the IT team by assisting with technical support, data management, system maintenance, and other IT-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to service requests, and supporting end-users with IT problems.
Data Management: Help maintain databases and ensure data integrity, including data entry, updating records, and running reports as needed.
System Maintenance: Support the IT team in the maintenance of servers, networks, and other systems, ensuring uptime and functionality.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for processes, software, and hardware configurations, as well as user guides.
