PPG Patient Services Center Supervisor

Job Summary:

Patient Services Center Supervisor oversees daily operations and provides direct supervision to the Patient Services Center staff within Parkview Physicians Group (PPG). This role collaborates with management to ensure optimal administrative support while fostering a culture of service excellence. As a working supervisor, this position involves both leadership responsibilities and hands-on support, with less than 50% of duties being administrative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and provide direct supervision to Patient Services Center staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee development.
• Effectively communicate leadership decisions, policy updates, and procedural changes to staff and physicians in a timely manner.
• Organize and participate in recruitment and selection processes to ensure personnel align with department needs.
• Secure managerial approval for new or replacement positions.
• Ensure staff receive proper training, achieve required competencies, and work toward annual performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Education:

• Degree or certification in a healthcare or related field preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a physician office setting or related healthcare field preferred.
