POSITION : Accounts Payable Specialist
REPORTS TO : Director of Operations
SUPERVISES : No direct reports
Parkview Hills Management Company is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable person.
Required Skills/Work Experience:
- Basic accounting knowledge and prior work experience in accounting type position required.
- Knowledge of office software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) , Internet Navigation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
- Self-starter who enjoys an independent workstyle as well as working with a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Essential Job Functions:
- Processing company payables and vendor invoices.
- Processing of receivable payments.
- Monthly reconciliation of bank statements.
- Processing monthly financial reports.
- Processing of realtor and lender forms.
- Prepare all paperwork related to position in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
