Hours: Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs: 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Responsible for developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships. Oversees branch operations and merchant services in order to achieve sales and service goals in support of the Bank’s business plan. Participates in community activities to generate visibility and clients for the Bank. Oversees operational functions to comply with auditing procedures, policies and banking regulations. Maintains security controls to protect the branch against fraudulent activity and unnecessary risk. Builds an effective branch team including employee selection, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary action. Sets performance standards, gives clear direction, delegates and schedules work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred
- Minimum five years branch management experience, including sales and business development, staff development, sales leadership, consumer lending, compliance and operations
- Exceptional sales and business development skills
- Strong knowledge of banking products, practices and procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook
