What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service BDC Representative position at Parkway Chevrolet?
Parkway Chevrolet has immediate openings for experienced Business Development Center Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate should be able to perform the following essential duties.
Provide excellent customer service.
Confirm all appointments for the day.
Review the Log to confirm showed appointments and call all unsold showroom traffic and all no show appointments.
Log all inbound and outbound calls.
Accurately log all appointments on the Daily Appointment Log.
Make follow-up calls to all customers spoken to previously to find out if they showed, sold, or bought elsewhere.
Responsible for thorough communications with team leader to insure proper handling of customers. This includes tracking of manager confirmation calls and detailed call descriptions of no show calls, unsold follow up calls and hand offs, all to be discussed and reviewed daily.
Each CSR is to report improper phone handling to the BDC Manager, as well as other procedures that are violated.
Distribute leads to salespeople as directed by management following the log procedure.

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
2 years of customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
