About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Receiving Clerk to join our team at Parkway Volvo Cars in Wilmington. As a Parts Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming parts and materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness of shipments, and maintaining inventory records. You will work closely with our parts manager and warehouse teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts to our production line. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in automotive parts receiving or related field
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with inventory management software
- Forklift certification
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Clean driving record in the last 3 years.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming parts and materials
- Verify accuracy and completeness of shipments
- Maintain inventory records and update database
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Assist with other duties as assigned
