Position Summary
The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the office by performing administrative, clerical, and operational tasks. This position ensures smooth office operations by managing office supplies, assisting with communication and scheduling, and maintaining organized records.
Schedule
This is a part-time role requiring 25 hours per week, with hours scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Qualifications
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer Incoming Calls and Greet Visitors: Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming first point of contact for callers and office visitors, ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Manage Office Supply Inventory: Oversee the ordering and replenishment of office supplies and materials, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness while maintaining a well-stocked office environment.
- Email and Digital Storage Management: Administer and organize the office's email systems, including managing access to digital storage platforms such as Dropbox, ensuring efficient communication and secure document storage.
- Uniform Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office uniforms, and promptly order new items as required, ensuring all employees are appropriately equipped.
- Wufoo Process Creation and Implementation: Design and implement customized processes using Wufoo or similar tools to streamline data collection and improve workflow efficiency.
- Calendar and Scheduling Management: Oversee the coordination and scheduling of office meeting spaces, staff birthdays, and holidays, ensuring seamless calendar management and organized planning.
- Kitchen and Break Area Organization: Ensure that the kitchen and break areas are neat, stocked with necessary supplies, and functioning efficiently. Order additional supplies as needed to maintain these areas.
- Mail and Package Management: Take responsibility for receiving, organizing, and distributing incoming mail and packages, notifying the respective recipients in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Actively contribute to team efforts by assisting with related tasks and responsibilities, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing office events, team-building activities, and celebrations, ensuring smooth execution and thoughtful contributions to party planning.
- Onboarding Support: Serve as a backup to facilitate new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth integration process for new hires.
- Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative tasks and duties as requested, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting office operations.
