- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate catering services for events or special occasions.
- Monitor bar operations to ensure efficiency and profitability while fostering a positive team environment.
- Strategic Planning: Work with General Manager to aid in developing long-term goals and strategies for the bar. Monitor beverage industry trends and adjust operations to remain competitive in the market.
- Inventory Management: Oversee bar inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste. Conduct regular audits to maintain quality standards.
