What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant (part-time) position at Parm's Landscape Management, Inc.?
If you are an energetic, phone and face-friendly individual, this is an ideal position for you! In this position, you will be asked to expand your knowledge of the landscape and lawn care industry so you are able to best assist clients and potential clients with their requests. This is a part time position Spring-Fall. Hours may be limited over the winter season.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls with the goal of providing each client and potential client with outstanding client service
- Learn to utilize our company management software efficiently while also ensuring all entries are accurate
- Reading, responding to, and sending emails with an emphasis on quick response times to our clients
- Scheduling appointments for designers and bidders directly with potential clients who contact our company
- Measuring lawn care sizes and data entry in order to prepare and send out lawn care proposals
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
