The Receptionist / Administrative Clerk job role assists paralegals and hearing attorneys in preparing clients’ files for a hearing. This role also supports the assigned office by 1.) greeting clients, prospective clients, and other guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude; and 2.) assisting with coordinating maintenance and repairs for the office. Experience in the legal field and knowledge of the Social Security Disability process are not required for a candidate entering the Administrative Assistant / Receptionist role. We can and will teach you what you need to know to help us represent our clients well. Most of our staff started with no prior experience in the legal field, and 99% of our staff were completely new to the world of disability when they started.

- Greeting and assisting guests as they enter the office,
- Receiving and processing inbound mail,
- Accurately preparing and mailing outbound documents to clients,
- Interacting with company staff, clients, and third parties,
- Correctly documenting interactions with clients and third parties in the company’s case management software,
- Scanning documents to convert them into a digital format, then attaching them correctly within the company’s case management software, and
- Performing various other duties to meet the needs of the company and our clients.
