Parmele Disability Advocates is seeking a full-time Referral Coordinator to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with law firms and other organizations for client referrals. This role is crucial in expanding our network, fostering strong professional relationships, and ensuring a seamless referral process that benefits both organizations and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and contact local agencies, organizations, and other entities that complement our practice areas.
- Maintain accurate records of referral sources, outreach efforts, and partnership agreements.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase referral opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for referral partners, maintaining open communication and fostering trust.
- Track and analyze referral trends to optimize partnership effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth intake process for referred clients.
- Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to strengthen partnerships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other relevant software for tracking referrals and outreach.
- Previous experience in community outreach, customer service, or social services is a plus but not required.
