Job description
We are hiring candidates who want to develop into well-rounded career professionals within the tire industry. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated to develop their product knowledge and to learn all aspects of our business using company and industry resources. Successful candidates often move from inside sales and or outside sales to sales management and or location management with opportunity to earn higher corporate positions. Candidates must have high customer service standards and an eagerness to develop themselves professionally.
Duties:
ü Accountable for attaining assigned monthly Sales and Profits and meeting financial objectives.
ü Accountable for acquiring new accounts and maintaining current accounts.
ü Continual education by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations and learning all aspects of the operational side of the business.
Manage territory, route and customer on site calls efficiently.
Manage and maintain vehicle appearance, maintenance, and efficiencies
The qualified candidate must be willing to drive larger commercial vehicles (non CDL), pick up and deliver items in excess of 100 pounds, and be willing to work in all climates. You will primarily visit customers and company locations picking up and dropping off tires of all sizes and related materials. Cold calling and customer relations are key in this position. This position is our first line of sales growth and stability and ultimately is responsible for our company’s growth.
