We are currently looking for a :
Sea Life Park Hawaii - Cook
Roles & Responsibilities :
Essential Duties :
- Perform daily duties that include, but not limited to, food preparation, cooking / grilling, cleaning & utility, inventory & stocking.
- Abide by all food handling / safety protocols, procedure and policies at all times.
- Able to cover any position and any shift as needed (i.e. special and / or night events).
- Ensure that all work areas, food and equipment / utensils used are cleaned, stowed and secured in preparation for next day's work in accordance to sanitation protocols.
- Garbage or food remains are secured and discarded appropriately.
- Additional duties or tasks as assigned or requested.
Pay : $18 per hour plus tips
Working Conditions : Indoors and outdoors
Work Schedule : Flexible availability to include weekends and holidays
Equipment Used : All basic kitchen appliances & utensils as well as standard office equipment
Mental & Physical Demands : Frequent standing and walking; ability to lift / carry up to 25 lbs
Communication Demands : Requires effective communication skills
