Barback, Busser, and Food Runner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser/Barback/Food Runner to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently, and the tasting room maintains a high standard of cleanliness. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the tasting room while supporting the tasting room staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the tasting room and surrounding areas.
• Maintain awareness of guest needs and provide exceptional service at all times.
• Help with re-stocking as needed

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or tasting room setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food safety standards is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
