The successful candidate will be an independent thinker, customer oriented, proactive and have a track record of working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
The ideal candidate will be a responsible self-starter with excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills. Your day-to-day duties will be as follows:
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist superintendent with coordinating all jobsite work activities, deliveries, testing, and inspections.
· Enforce and promote project safety
· Achieve quality control through continual inspection of the work
· Inspect and maintain daily infection control risk assessment and interim life safety logs
· Write, track, and distribute Requests for Information(RFIs)
· Keep As-Built documents up-to-date by posting Field Orders, RFI responses, and as-built changes
· Maintain familiarity with contract documents(plans and specifications)
· Prepare daily reports detailing trades on site, manpower, deliveries, inspections, milestones, and visitors
· Attend and manage all AHJ and AHCA (Agency for Healthcare Administration) inspections
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; other duties as assigned

· Knowledge of appropriate software, including BIM 360, Outlook, FieldWire, and Bluebeam
Experience/Education:
High school diploma or equivalent education required
Previous construction, healthcare construction, or supervision experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
