Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Law Enforcement Product Sales Staff member to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales of our law enforcement products and services, cultivating relationships with law enforcement agencies, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, a deep understanding of the needs of law enforcement agencies, and a strong passion for supporting public safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales of law enforcement products and solutions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in law enforcement agencies, including police departments, sheriffs’ offices, and federal agencies.
• Provide post-sale support and follow-up, including product setup, training, and troubleshooting.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and product feedback using our POS System.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote products and build relationships within the law enforcement community.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies when working with government and law enforcement customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the law enforcement or public safety sector.
• Strong knowledge of law enforcement products, services, and the unique needs of law enforcement agencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• A background or prior experience in law enforcement or military is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
