Position Overview:
We are seeking Full-Time Swimming Pool Sales Consultants to join our team. This role combines inside and outside sales, working directly with clients to design and sell pools. You will play a key role in driving revenue while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive and increase pool sales in designated territories.
- Provide a “knock-their-socks-off” customer experience by creating pool designs that exceed expectations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and team members.
- Respond promptly to all client inquiries; no calls should go to voicemail.
- Support field staff and coordinate with them for project success.
- Be present on key project milestones such as dig days.
- Listen to and resolve customer complaints with the Service Manager.
- Complete weekly and daily reports as assigned.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5 years in outside sales or a college degree with 1–2 years of work experience.
- Strong computer proficiency, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- A passion for meeting people and delivering solutions that foster long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of the swimming pool industry and pool design software is a plus but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation, an excellent driving record, and be punctual and dependable.
- Demonstrates a "closer" mentality with a high signup ratio.
