Role
Parsec is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy MarTech Administrator to join our Demand Generation team. This mid-to-senior level role will be pivotal in optimizing our Salesforce environment, managing marketing operations, and driving data-driven insights through advanced reporting.
Responsibilities- Email Marketing Execution & Operations: Oversee email lifecycle management, audience segmentation, and suppression list accuracy to drive to ensure proper execution of the Demand Generation Strategy.

- Oversee the end-to-end email marketing process, including lifecycle management, campaign execution, audience segmentation, suppression list management, and ensuring proper execution of the Demand Generation Strategy.
- Ensure all email communications align with industry best practices, including compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other regional email regulations to maintain a high deliverability rate and protect the brand's reputation.
- Leverage A/B testing to refine subject lines, CTAs, and email design for maximum effectiveness.
- Monitor key email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement personalization and dynamic content strategies to deliver highly targeted and relevant email experiences based on audience segmentation and behavioral insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate email marketing efforts with broader demand generation strategies and multi-channel campaigns.
- Implement and monitor processes to maintain data hygiene, ensure audience accuracy, and maximize the effectiveness of email campaigns.
- Email QA and Compliance:
- Develop and enforce QA processes to test email templates, links, dynamic content, and overall deliverability across devices and email clients.
- Ensure all email communications comply with regulations like CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other regional requirements to protect the brand's reputation.
- Perform regular audits of email campaigns and automation workflows to ensure alignment with best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
- HTML and Email Design:
- Leverage HTML to create, customize, and troubleshoot email templates, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and are responsive across platforms.
- Stay updated on emerging email design trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance user experience.
- Lead Scoring and Automation:
- Design and implement advanced lead scoring models within Salesforce and Pardot to prioritize leads based on engagement, demographics, and firmographics.
- Develop and optimize trigger-based workflows to automate lead flows, nurture campaigns, and handoffs between marketing and sales.
- Continuously evaluate and refine lead scoring and routing mechanisms to ensure seamless alignment with sales team goals.
- Salesforce & Pardot Administration:
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and custom development capabilities to extend functionality.
- Experience with complex Pardot features, such as advanced dynamic content, engagement scoring, and API integrations.
- Act as the Salesforce Administrator for the marketing team, handling user permissions, data maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates to enhance efficiency.
- Optimize Pardot for advanced segmentation, engagement programs, and custom integrations with Salesforce and other tools.
- Support the rollout of Salesforce-based projects, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and best practices.
- Advanced Salesforce & Pardot Expertise:
- Reporting and Insights:
- Corral Reporting Tool: Serve as the primary owner of Parsec's reporting tool, Corral, managing its setup, updates, and the creation of dynamic dashboards and reports.
- Create, analyze, and present monthly executive board reports that provide actionable insights into the performance of demand generation programs, lead quality, and marketing ROI.
- Monitor key metrics such as email engagement rates, campaign ROI, lead conversion, and pipeline influence, and share insights with stakeholders to drive strategy.
- Project Ownership:
- Take ownership of MarTech projects, such as implementing new tools, optimizing current systems, and driving process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, establish timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or a related field, or an additional 2 years experience with tools.
- 3 years of experience in a MarTech role, preferably in demand generation or email marketing.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot; experience with Gong Engage, Monday, MJML, and Adobe CC is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in managing contact data and file systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional teams.
- Gong Engage Management:
- Familiarity with Gong Engage to support collaboration between sales and marketing, ensuring seamless coordination and effective outreach.
- MJML Proficiency:
- Expertise in MJML for creating responsive, reusable, and visually compelling email templates with clean code to enhance operational efficiency.
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC):
- Proficiency in Adobe CC to edit, export, and optimize visuals for email and digital marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Analytics and Insights:
- Experience with advanced analytics tools or platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to provide deeper insights into campaign performance.
- Demand Generation Strategy Experience:
- Exposure to field marketing, Account Engagement marketing, or other demand generation strategies to integrate with broader programs.
