Parsons Behle & Latimer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal / Case Manager to assist in managing litigation for a large mortgage servicer. This position is ideal for individuals with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or experienced litigation paralegals with at least 7 years of experience. The role involves overseeing foreclosure litigation on behalf of the mortgage servicer, with an emphasis on case management, strategy development, and coordination with outside counsel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve legal pleadings, motions, and other documents related to litigation.
- Manage and monitor litigation timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop case strategy in collaboration with outside counsel.
- Work with outside counsel to resolve legal matters effectively and efficiently.
- Assist with overseeing the progression of foreclosure litigation cases.
- Maintain organized and detailed case files.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree preferred, or at least 7 years of litigation paralegal experience.
- 7 years of foreclosure litigation management experience
- Experience in residential mortgage loan servicing, debt collection, bankruptcy, or general litigation is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and legal research skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
