Litigation Case Manager, Juris Doctor preferred
Parsons Behle & Latimer has an immediate opening for a Litigation Case Manager to assist with managing litigation on behalf of a large mortgage servicer. This is a J.D. preferred position or very experienced litigation paralegal with at least 7 years of experience for the management of foreclosure litigation on behalf of a large mortgage servicer.
Job duties include reviewing and approving pleadings, managing litigation timelines, developing case strategy, and working with outside counsel to resolve matters. Residential mortgage loan servicing, debt collection, bankruptcy, or general litigation experience is a plus although it is not required.
This is a perfect opportunity to use your law degree in a position that is similar to in-house counsel litigation management, but with a reliable 40-hour work week. Salary, bonuses, and full benefits available. Remote working options are available after completion of in-office training.
