Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Benefits Consultant, you will work with business owners, HR departments, and employees to identify their voluntary benefits needs and provide solutions that fit their individual situations. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential, and comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with businesses and employees to understand their benefits needs.
- Educate clients on voluntary benefits options such as life insurance, disability insurance, dental, vision, etc.
- Develop tailored benefits solutions for clients based on their individual needs and financial objectives.
- Actively seek new leads and develop your own book of business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Conduct benefits enrollment meetings and provide ongoing client support.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product offerings, and company resources.
