Job Description :
Parsons seeks highly skilled mid to senior-level Java developers to join our team providing mission critical software applications to the US Army. The candidate will work within a team setting providing full cycle software engineering and development support for an application that focuses on physics-based modeling and simulation of exterior ballistics.
What Required Skills You'll Bring :
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Mathematics, Engineering or Physics
Strong level of knowledge in Java and / or C / C Agile development experience
Experience working with Jira
Experience working with GitLab and Subversion
Knowledge of Modular Open Systems Architecture and / or SOLID design principles
Windows development experience
What Desired Skills You'll Bring :
A Secret level security clearance
A Master’s degree in computer sciences, Mathematics, Engineering or Physics
Strong knowledge in physics and mathematics with software development focused on computational scientific modeling and simulation.
SQL Database and Data Modeling experience
Windows and Linux development experience
Knowledge in Indirect Artillery Fires

117,000.00 - $227,900.00
