The Parsons team is looking for an amazingly talented Business Analyst Intern to join our team Summer 2025! In this role you will be provided with the opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge in business analytics working alongside a Senior Program Management mentor.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working closely with a Program Management Director to define requirements and develop processes for business process improvements pertaining to Federal Government related Project Management
• Support the development, maintenance, and deployment of program management tools
• Document and refine program management requirements
• Provide support activities, including data entry, researching, resolving issues, and supporting training initiatives.
• Work with various Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to collect and analyze data
• Occasional travel for in person meetings in Colorado Springs or Denver Technical Center
  
  
  

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Working towards Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems or closely related studies.
• Experience identifying requirements, workflow analysis, and business process development
• Experience with Project Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and presenting data in a simple and engaging way
• Demonstrated data problem-solving skills; ability to identify issues and construct a solution
• Self-driven and motivated
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary Range

$14.66 - $24.95
