We’ve got what you’re looking for. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Director, Capture Manager, Growth/Strategy to join our team! In this role you will get to: Qualifications: Experience successfully leading the capture of C5ISR opportunities and similar markets, to include with Army PEO C3T, PEO IEW&S, DEVCOM C5ISR Center, CECOM SEC, DoD Acquisition System Engineering and Management, NSA certification/accreditation, Army Training, and related customers. Leadership skills to develop, organize and execute significant capture activities, including building industry teams, assessing win probability, and executing customer call plans to shape acquisitions. Extensive success, knowledge, and experience in leading and winning captures greater than $100M. Experience in the successful negotiation of teaming agreements Experience in proposal development and writing technical reports. Experience in the development of pricing strategies and cost proposals Leverages a strong network of customer and industry contacts and familiarity with our customers’ major programs and upcoming initiatives. Keeps abreast of the current business climate and overall industry trends. Works closely with our Defense & Intelligence (D&I) Account Executive teams to conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape. Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize growth strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience bidding and winning FEDSIM opportunities. Verbal communications skills and experience briefing senior leadership. Experience with all contract and payment types Locations: Parsons office in Aberdeen Providing Grounds, as well as other locations in the DC Metro Area. The successful candidate will be assigned an office with opportunity to flex work location dependent on team needs and work classification. Requirements: 4-year degree in technical or business discipline; Technical/Engineering degree preferred. 7-12 years of diversified experience, primarily business development and capture management, with ability to understand and support business goals and objectives. Extensive knowledge of relevant ADS markets, customers, and overall business landscape. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of the DoD acquisition lifecycle. Strong written and oral communication skills, including excellent presentation skills. US Citizenship is required. Applicants selected for employment will be subject to a federal background investigation and must meet additional eligibility requirements for access to classified information or materials. Must have a Secret clearance at a minimum. TS/SSBI preferred. Must be willing and able to travel, as required, typically 10-20% with occasional surges >30% Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
