As the Director of Growth and Capture, your efforts will open doors to new partnership opportunities and help us communicate with high-level stakeholders and senior leaders in our shared public-private sector mission to defend our homeland and allies from adversary threats.
As the Director of Growth and Capture, you will not only identify new opportunities but also demonstrate initiative to follow through on leads and turn them into tangible results. You will develop a winning capture strategy and submit exceptional proposals tailored to the needs of key customers, stakeholders, and partners. You will have the opportunity to attend conferences and industry events to develop and nurture relationships with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and contribute to business development efforts, capture, and proposals.
- Proposal development and project management.
- Business development including cost, schedule, performance, risk, and reporting.
- Work closely with company leadership to expand partnerships and ensure mission deliverables and goals are met.
- Work closely and communicate with a team of software engineers, data scientists, and company managers to drive value and business impact.
- Analyze mission/business requirements and translate into actionable programs and objectives.
- Review and check for new business opportunities in platforms such as Bloomberg GOV, FBO, eBuy, GovWin and other capture management software.
- Risk mitigation- recognize and evaluate potential risks, create strategies to mitigate risks and improve chances for success.
- Lead decision making for the bid/no-bid process.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that tell TeamWorx Security’s differentiated story.
Minimum Qualifications:
- National Guard mission experience and public-private experience required.
- SLED industry experience is a plus!
- A bachelor’s degree or higher or 5 years of relevant industry or military experience.
- Sales and business development experience is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience working with the military, DoD, DHS, IC, National Guard, critical infrastructure industries as defined by DHS, and private industry.
- Program management and leadership skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- The ability to roll up your sleeves and work alongside our team!
