Location : Atlanta, GA
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : $60K - $80K based on experience
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the service estimating department, overseeing all aspects of commercial roofing service estimates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to review project scope and requirements, providing accurate and timely estimates for service projects.
- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to determine material and labor requirements.
- Conduct on-site assessments and inspections to assess project needs and identify potential challenges or opportunities.
- Develop detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Utilize industry-leading software and tools to create professional proposals and presentations for clients.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and material costs to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
