About The Role
- We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at ParTee Shack. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. Whether it’s supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, or enhancing customer satisfaction, you’ll help create a fun and engaging environment that keeps visitors coming back for more.

What You'll Do
- Check-in guests for mini-golf and activities*
- Arcade ticket redemption
- Sell and serve drinks
- Confirming parties in person and over the phone
- Attend to party room needs during birthday and corporate parties
- Cleaning duties at the start, throughout, and end of your shift
- Work with the best team ever to deliver the ultimate ParTee shack experience
- Lead customers through go-kart briefing*
- Marshal go-kart races*

- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work both indoors and outdoors.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
