Your mission
We are looking for a Director of Sales / Business Development for the North Americas region. The Ideal candidate will drive the sales of all Partex group products and generate leads while handling key accounts. The exact scope will depend on the experience / seniority of the candidate.
Currently, the Partex portfolio includes Healthcare AI services, including generative AI tools, wet-lab screening services, patient data and patient data management services.
This position will require you to travel for business and have a high degree of built-in decision-making and accountability.
Our company and its subsidiaries operate from different sites worldwide, including Germany, Switzerland, India, and the USA. This means you'll be able to directly contribute to high-leverage activities and interact with people from different backgrounds and regions.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify key stakeholders in Pharma, Biotech companies and build relationships to pitch Partex Services
- Sell the Partex group products. Selling means generating revenues through software licenses, fee-for-service sales, risk-sharing & milestone collaboration
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Identify and target new business opportunities and market segments.
- Create and manage sales forecasts and performance metrics
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead efforts to close high-value deals and manage key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
