Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting for our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all IT infrastructure and systems are functioning properly. Duties:
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for clients
- Install data cabling and fiber for clients
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software
- Set up and troubleshoot computer networks, including LAN and VPN connections
- Collaborate with the help desk team to resolve technical issues remotely
- Conduct system upgrades and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Train clients on how to use various software applications and tools
- Document all technical procedures and solutions for future reference
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
