What we are looking for:
Partner Forces is seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to support a DHS client. In this role, you will provide dedicated support for SharePoint site configuration, maintenance, content management, and user support. This role will ensure the ongoing functionality, accessibility, and usability of internal and external SharePoint environments. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating organizational needs into efficient SharePoint design, with a focus on maintaining an intuitive user experience and upholding site integrity.
What you will do as a SharePoint Administrator:
- Configure and customize SharePoint sites, including creating new pages, setting layouts, themes, and navigation structures based on organizational needs.
- Maintain and update the SharePoint Admin Guide and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support user role and permission management, ensuring appropriate access and site security.
- Create, organize, and maintain accurate and up-to-date content across internal and external SharePoint pages.
- Support user role and permission management, ensuring appropriate access and site security.
- Maintain documentation of access controls and assist in onboarding new users.
- Monitor site performance and conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and apply SharePoint best practices.
- Provide training, guidance, and technical support to users and content owners.
- Assist users in navigating the site, updating content, and maximizing SharePoint functionality.
Qualifications:
- US Citizen (the nature of our contract requires employees be US citizens).
- Top Secret clearance required.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven experience in SharePoint administration, site configuration, and content management.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 tools, and best practices.
- Ability to manage user permissions and maintain security protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on user support and training.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to document processes clearly and maintain SOPs.
- Experience supporting government or federal contracting environments.
- Familiarity with project management or organizational design initiatives.
