Title: Project Manager Cloud-Based Power BI
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Type: Contract
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager who exhibits advanced skills in collaborative facilitation and coordination of teams and customers on complex projects including a Power BI data modernization project.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manages large projects of moderate to high complexity which may include the creation, coordination, and management of a project plan for major complex system installation or modification.
- Utilizes established project management standards, processes, policies, methodologies, and tools to manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Understands and complies with all enterprise and IS departmental information security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Supports the integration of information security in the development, design, and implementation of Technology Resources that process, transmit, or store information.
- Supports all compliance activities related to state, federal regulatory requirements, healthcare accreditation standards, and all other applicable regulations that govern the use and disclosure of patient, financial, or other confidential information.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Power BI and Azure Cloud.
- Experience with RBAC and CI/CD.
- PMI member in good standing.
- PMP certified.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare IT, or related field required.
- 7-10 years of solid experience as a project manager in IT project management with increasing responsibilities.
- Networking knowledge and experience required.
- Proven ability to manage all stages of the Project Management life cycle.
- Experience (at least 3 years) managing large, complex projects, preferably in a healthcare environment, and coaching other team members.
- Exhibits advanced proficiency in project management methodology, tools, and practices.
- Demonstrates proficiency in creating detailed documentation for complex projects.
- Communicates effectively with project staff and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates effective consensus-building skills.
