We are seeking an Project Manager for a contract with our hospital client. The ideal candidate exhibits advanced skills in collaborative facilitation and coordination of teams and customers on complex projects including a Digital Transformation project.
Required Skills :
- 10 years of healthcare IT project management and implementation experience.
- Proven leadership and experience with enterprise implementations.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Networking knowledge and experience required.
- Proven ability to manage all stages of the Project Management lifecycle.
- Extensive experience (at least 5 years) managing large, complex projects, preferably in a healthcare environment, and coaching other team members.
- dvanced proficiency in project management methodology, tools, and practices.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation for complex projects.
- Communicates effectively with project staff and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates effective consensus-building skills.
- Hospital experience required.
