Required Skills:
" 10 years of healthcare IT project management and implementation experience.
" Proven leadership and experience with enterprise implementations.
" PMP certification is a plus.
" Networking knowledge and experience required.
" Proven ability to manage all stages of the Project Management lifecycle.
" Extensive experience (at least 5 years) managing large, complex projects, preferably in a healthcare environment, and coaching other team members.
" Advanced proficiency in project management methodology, tools, and practices.
" Proficiency in creating detailed documentation for complex projects.
" Communicates effectively with project staff and stakeholders.
" Demonstrates effective consensus-building skills.
" Hospital experience required.
