Title: Program Manager III (Program Coordinator)

Type: Contract
Our client is seeking a Program Manager III who is responsible for the overall program health, timelines, and end-to-end management of all web marketing and e-commerce program activities. Oversees team activities supporting the delivery of web features and digital offers, including for copy, UX, content delivery, digital merchandising, SEO, analytics, and QA deliverables throughout the lifecycle of multiple online projects.
The Program Manager is responsible for utilizing solid program management skills and leading the cross-functional team in the delivery of digital features and online offerings.
- Key Accountabilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans. Work with the core team to identify and schedule all the work required to fulfill program scope
- Coordinate the design, documentation, and training of new business processes
- Understand the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements
- Communicate updates on major milestones and keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues
- Assume full accountability for managing multiple low- to medium-complexity projects simultaneously
- Possibly manage third-party partners
- Required Skills:
- Requires a bachelor's degree or extensive related professional experience.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Digital ecommerce (web and/or mobile) or agency project management experience.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to guide and motivate delivery teams with a diverse range of talents and personalities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes, technologies, and methodologies.
