About the Role
As our Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources team across various functions, including recruiting, learning and development, employment law compliance, onboarding, and employee relations. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
We are seeking a candidate with strong recruiting experience who is also eager to expand their knowledge and skills in Human Resources management. This role demands versatility, as you may focus primarily on one specific area depending on business needs.
Job Responsibilities
Recruiting
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and hiring
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Partner with our Manager, HR Operations to fine-tune our Applicant Tracking System (Rippling) and streamline recruiting activities
- Roll out LinkedIn Recruiter and / or other tools to improve talent acquisition efforts
- Proactively develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
