Head Teller
**Job Summary:**
The Head Teller is responsible for overseeing the teller line operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory, compliance, and operating policies and procedures. They will be highly proficient in processing a wide variety of transactions and handling complex operational and customer service issues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversight of teller line operations
- Performing teller duties on a daily basis
- Completing and/or assisting with teller performance evaluations and documentation
- Providing support to management in regards to ongoing teller training
- Cross-selling Partners Bank products and services
- Ability to oversee branch in the absence of branch management
**Requirements:
- Three years of prior teller and/or customer service experience
- Minimum of two years prior experience in a Senior Teller position or a related supervisory role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Fully cross-trained to perform all CSR duties
- Extensive knowledge of teller processes, policies, and procedures
