Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of Tellers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Three years of prior teller and/or customer service experience is necessary.
- Minimum of two years prior experience in a Senior Teller position or a related supervisory role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
