Responsibilities:
The Head Teller will be accountable for managing the workflow of the teller line, including staffing levels, transaction exception processing, and various operations.
- Accurately process a variety of transactions on a daily basis.
- Responsible for completing tasks such as cash audits, security reports, and monitoring cash levels.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor staff, providing ongoing training and cross-training as needed.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Three years of prior teller and/or customer service experience.
- A minimum of two years in a Senior Teller position or related supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
