The Digital Banking Specialist provides excellent customer support on all digital banking products. Key responsibilities include answering questions, resolving online banking issues, conducting maintenance tasks, and performing back-office administrative functions.
- Provide high-quality support to online banking customers via phone, email, or instant chat.
- Maintain card inventory, track lost cards, and analyze returned mail.
- Assist with eStatement and Bill Pay enrollment, troubleshooting, and compliance with CIP & CDD.
Requirements include one to two years of experience in a financial institution setting, knowledge of CSR, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, and Email.
Familiarity with Digital Banking operations, CDARs, and ICS funds transfers is required. The ability to meet daily deadlines, multitask, and provide backup to other departments is essential.
