Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all customer inquiries related to financial matters, including billing questions and invoice requests.
- Provide detailed pricing information for all orthodontic products, add ons and fees.
- Handle phone and email inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers.
- Maintain updated pricing lists and ensure they are readily available for customer inquiries.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Provide support and back up to other customer service team members as needed.
- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to provide better customer support.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial or healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
