Citizen Care Inc., a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., is a non-profit organization providing residential, day program, habilitation, supported employment opportunities, and behavioral support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
As a Community Living Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of our community living homes, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of community living homes
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality care and support
- Perform on-call responsibilities as assigned
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of homes
- Ensure compliance with CCI policies and procedures
- Focus on quality measures and improve outcomes for residents
- Develop and implement quality management plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience

- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Valid PA, OH, or WV driver's license
