SCHEDULE:9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Monday through Friday

Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and providing supervision and support to a team of therapists, counselors, and support staff in an outpatient behavioral health setting. The position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with behavioral health issues. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the Webb, Penn Center, and satellite locations for the Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder departments. This position also provides outpatient treatment to a limited caseload of Outpatient clients.

- Provide clinical supervision to a team of therapists and counselors, including individual and group supervision sessions.
- Demonstrates and reflects a commitment to the mission and values of Milestone by serving others with respect, dignity, and compassion.
- Development or implementation of the policies and procedures for the operation of the Clinic(s).
- Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans for clients, ensuring they are evidence-based and culturally competent.
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, acting as the team lead in such instances.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support to staff members.
- Utilizes Sanctuary Model’s shared values, the Seven Commitments and tools to conduct daily tasks.
- Coordinates and assigns case transfers.
- Coordinates and runs treatment team meetings.
- Monitors all requests for information, bringing in Quality Assurance and Compliance as necessary.
- Participates in interviewing, hiring and onboarding new staff.
- Monitors staff productivity and utilization, including failed claims and failed activities, and employs performance management and human resource forms to address issues.
- Maintains annual training and individualized staff training plans.
- Provides caseload management, including case conferences, staff consultation, psychiatric consultation, linkage to internal/external service providers.
- Consults with other external service providers and links with other levels of care within Milestone.
- Develops and enhances a Co-Occurring Disorder clinic for seamless client care.
- Supports grant development, implementation and tracking tasks that pertain to the Outpatient Program.
- Completes intakes and assessments as appropriate.
- Maintains a case load.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s license
- Act 33, 34 and FBI Clearances
- Master’s Degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- One of the following Pennsylvania licenses strongly preferred:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
