Office Location: Remote option; Available for any of Partners NC locations
Primary Purpose of Position: The Digital Media Specialist is a member of the Marketing and Communications Team and will understand company goals and strategy, develop unique and quality content and execute social media and digital solutions that support business objectives and engage our members, families, providers and stakeholders. Ideal candidates for this position will be self-starters with a keen understanding of social media uses and impacts, with the ability to interpret data and market trends and use that information to craft campaigns to better position Partners with members, providers, stakeholders and the general public.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage social media strategy and content
- Interpret, analyze social media metrics and use those metrics to strengthen campaigns
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and track relevant conversations
- Leverage AI-driven tools to optimize content creation, automate scheduling, and analyze engagement data
- Create content for print, digital and social media and website
- Manage the distribution of content through multiple digital media channels
- Create and manage a comprehensive social media editorial calendar
- Collaborate with webmaster, portal administrator and other M&C team members to implement SEO-driven content strategies to improve organic reach and engagement
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure content is accurate, informative and engaging
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns
- Manage internal and external email campaigns using Constant Contact and other Partners-approved platforms
- Develop and manage partnerships with influencers, ambassadors, and community leaders to amplify brand messaging
- Work with internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs) to create accurate, compelling digital content for brand awareness through social media campaigns
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, inform strategy, and optimize engagement across all social media channels, websites and email campaigns
- Consistently monitor the competitive digital landscape
- Monitor and respond to potential risks or crisis situations on social platforms in coordination with Marketing and Communications leadership and Deputy Chief Executive Officer
- Collaborate with M&C team to align digital strategies with overall business objectives
- Serve as Partners’ internal SME on digital media. Educate and inform others about digital marketing and communications strategies and tactics barriers, KPI’s and ROI
- Help conceptualize compelling video content for digital channels
- Collaborate with M&C team to develop short-form video content strategies on our digital platforms
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience working with online marketing tools such as Constant Contact or similar email automation tools, Sprout Social, CMS platforms, Hootsuite, Rival IQ and similar social media scheduling tools
- Experience with paid marketing technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Adaptability according to requirements

Education/Experience Required:
Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Experience with B2C and B2B marketing. Three to five years of experience in digital marketing and social media with a proven track record. Experience in health care or behavioral health/IDD industry is preferred
