Title : Part-Time Program Coordinator - Mid Shore
Reports to : CEO and COO.
Status : Non-Exempt.
About Partners In Care Maryland, Inc. :
Partners In Care (PIC) is a private non-profit, 501(c) (3) organization offering programs and services that support the independence of older adults aged 60 years and older in our communities.
We accomplish this through a unique culture of service exchange where member volunteer their time and talents to help each other with neighborly services such as transportation, handyman repairs, person-centered support, and social engagement. In exchange, members ask for assistance when needed.
About the role :
A successful Program Coordinator will have a broad knowledge of program management principles and community activities affecting older adults in their area. This position requires someone with a strategic mindset as well as the ability and experience to lead and develop their subordinates. The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site. The driving goals of this position are to increase efficiency, visibility, financial sustainability, and community awareness of Partners in Care to better serve the Older Adults in the Mid Shore area.

- Volunteer Recruiter (outreach).
- Program Volunteers (receptionist, ride drivers, handymen, etc.).
- Pop-up Boutique Volunteers
