**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Construction Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to construction projects, ensuring smooth operations and efficient completion. A minimum of 6 months of experience in the construction industry(admin, field, etc.) is required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in coordinating construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project documentation and maintain records
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, homeowners and team members
- Monitor project schedules and deadlines
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in phone/email systems for effective communication
- Experience in clerical tasks such as proofreading and data entry
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is beneficial
- Familiarity with project coordination and office management
