Key Responsibilities:
- Track and process Submittals, RFIs, and project logs using Orion and CMiC.
- Update daily journals and change logs.
- Coordinate weekly meetings and distribute project updates.
- Support safety reports, As-Built documentation, and excavation tracking.
- Manage office records, inspection reports, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-3 years of office administration experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of Orion, CMiC, or Bluebeam is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
