Location : Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or hybrid of these two options., up to 10% travel preferred

Position Overview
The In-Kind and Supply Chain Partnerships Associate will be a member of Partners In Health's (PIH) International Operations Team. The Associate is responsible for the stewarding and documentation of preferential pricing and gifts in-kind, including services, equipment, medications, and supplies that directly contribute to Partners in Health's (PIH) cost savings measures and the delivery of high quality, dignified care. As a member of PIH's Sourcing and Pharmacy team, this person plays a central role in integrating gift in kind (GIK) management and opportunities for preferential pricing into PIH's planning, sourcing, and logistics activities, as well as aligning activities with established Development and Communications systems. The person in this position is expected to be proactive in pursuing and maintaining GIK and partnership opportunities with multinational corporations, national companies, corporate foundations, and individuals that support PIH's work around the world.
Specific Responsibilities :
Systems and Tracking (20%)
- Collaborate with the Development and Finance teams to improve procedures and systems related to reporting of GIK data
- Collect and record all required data and documentation in International Operation's and fundraising electronic systems
- Ensure internal and external reporting requirements are met accurately and on time
Sourcing and Logistics (50%)

Pay and Benefits
The expected starting salary range for new hires in this position is between $55,000 and $60,000 / year and may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market for the position, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position belongs to a class of roles that have a salary range between $55,000 and $65,000 / year.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with employer match, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents. Full time employees will receive 15 days of vacation, 12 sick days, 3 personal days, and 3 volunteer days in addition to paid time off during the week between Christmas and New Year's Day, the week of July 4th, and 11 additional holidays annually.
