Human Resources Administrative Assistant.

Temp to hire

Offering $22-25 / hr.

Located in Fairfield, CA

Human Resources Administrative Assistant duties :

Processing Garnishments - data entry, filing, scanning, mailing
Some basic HR data entry in electronic employee files / running reports
Training - importing employees into Mineral and Zywave, scheduling training, running reports
Preparing form file packets for Safety Investigations
Preparing Onboarding Forms & Binders
Shipping birthday and holiday gifts to Corporate
Filing
Scanning
Shredding

Human Resources Administrative Assistant Physical Requirements :

Assist with cleaning out of files, some lifting will be involved - up to 15-20 lbs.

Working in office, not hybrid.

M-Friday 8 hours

1 year Administrative support

1 year HR experience preferred

Salary : $22 - $25
