Responsibilities
· Building electrical routing, removal, and repair for low and high-voltage
· Plumbing systems repair
· Air conditioner and compressor repair/maintenance
· Knowledge of documentation and personal computer applications, particularly database management software
· Review and determine priorities of work for facilities
· Coordinate and track maintenance tools
Qualifications
2 years of experience with facilities maintenance

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
